Hideaway Beach Marco Island Market Report July 2006

Activity in Hideaway Beach on Marco Islandsince July 1, 2005 is as follows:

Lots

  • Beach Front Lots currently have 7 active properties with a price range starting from $795,000 - $6,000,000. There are no pending or sold in the past year
  • Golf Course Lots currently have 2 active with list prices from $650,000 - $699,5000 and only one has closed in the past year and that closed for $625,000.
  • Inland homes in Hideaway have 34 active and they are listed between $349,000 - $5,250,000 and there have been 10 closed lots ranging in price from $285,000 - $850,000.


Single Family Homes

  • There are currently 2 beachfront active homes both listed at $10,500,000 and once closed in the past year for $2,250,000.
  • There are currently 4 active Golf Course Homes listed between $1,300,000 - $5,100,000 and there are no closed or pending.
  • There are currently 9 active Inland homes ranging in price from $1,175,000 - $2,700,000 with two properties that have closed in the past year ranging from $820,000 - $2,000,000.

There are three different condo communities in Hideaway Beach, two which are beachfront Riviera & Royal Marco Point and one on the Golf Course - Habitat.
