South Seas Resort is a gated community on the North end of Marco Island and consists of 4 towers on the beach, and low and mid rise buildings on the water. There are tennis courts, boat docks, and pools for recreational enjoyment and of course there is the white sandy beaches of Marco Island just steps from the buildings.
South Seas Tower 1 & South Seas Tower 2 allow monthly rentals in the complex and shares a pool between them, these towers are the southern most towers in the complex. There is common laundry on each floor with exception for the first floor units which have their own washer/dryer and they have spiral staircases leading from their balcony to the pool area. There are two buildings in the complex each with 19 floors and 215 units per building with a total of 430 in these two buildings.
South Seas Tower 3 and South Seas Tower 4 are the Northern two towers and they have a pool that they share. These towers allow for weekly rentals. There is common laundry on each floor with exception for the first floor units which have their own washer/dryer and they have spiral staircases leading from their balcony to the pool area. There are two buildings in the complex each with 19 floors and 215 units per building with a total of 430 in these two buildings.
South Seas East and South Seas North are the low and mid-rise buildings with access to the beach via walkways. Units have private laundry in them. South seas East has 280 units in 4 garden buildings and 76 in the mid rise buildings. There are 13 garden and 3 mid-rise buildings. In South Seas North there are 15 garden buildings and 1 mid-rise with a total of 136 units in the complex.
