This boating condominium is unique as no units share common walls and is a low density building with only 15 units. There is an activity/social room, additional storage pool dock and a large sundeck on the top floor which you can enjoy sunsets with other residents of the Marguerita Club!

Each unit has two bedrooms/two baths, laundry and lots of windows and balcony to enjoy water views or Island views. Each unit has a boat dock and is able to place a lift on their dock.
