This building is centrally located on Marco Island's Crescent Beach and is a highly desired building and there are several incredible values for those that desire a second home on the beach. Built in the early 70's this building has been going through many updates and many of the available units have been completely renovated.

There are 265 units on 21 floors in the building with three floorplan designs in the building. This building is next to Resident's Beach and south facing units have amazing views to Cape Marco while the North facing units have spectacular sunsets.
